| Pilot (Starter)
Purchase: We recommend the following as a minimum starter purchase, for a total
cost of $12,580. (Note: Training travel expenses additional.)

- Two days systems planning/user configuration training
- Two days user training

| Training Training
is recommended but optional. Two types of training are available (see Training): User training is priced at $900 per day for up to
four students. Systems planning, which includes custom installation and
configuration, can be purchased for $1,800 per day. Advanced training is also
available and priced at $1,800 per day. Please add the trainer's transportation
expenses and standard per diem for meals and lodging. Please note: the minimum
purchase (including the cost of training) to be eligible for training is $7,500. |
| Maintenance And
Support Maintenance and support services for TechView products include telephone
support, bug fixes, and all annual product upgrades, including media, documentation, and
delivery. The first year of maintenance and support is included in the original purchase
price. In subsequent years, the annual cost for maintenance and support is 15% of
the original purchase price (software only), with a minimum of $500. |
